Acquisition of El Dorado Hills Firm Brings More than 40 New Customers and Web Hosting Services

ROSEVILLE, California—April 19, 2004—Butow Communications Group (BCG) today announced it has acquired NowImagine Web Hosting and Design of El Dorado Hills, California. The acquisition adds more than 40 clients and allows BCG to offer low-cost Web hosting services to its customers.
