Butow Communications Group Signs Agreement with Networking Provider O1 Communications
Company to Offer Range of O1 Networking and Communication Services

Roseville, CA—July 26, 2005—Today Butow Communications Group (BCG) signed a channel sales agency agreement with O1 Communications, based in Sacramento, California, that will allow BCG to sell O1 telecommunications services to its customers.

BCG will sell services including Voice Over Internet Protocol, computer networking creation and maintenance including private networks, integrated access, and high-speed Internet services. BCG will then combine its customer communication services such as Web design and intranet creation to create complete, end-to-end communication solutions.
